Most of people write their reviews when they are extremely satisfied or UN-satisfied with the service. Mine is a little different. I have 2 sides. What I didn’t like is that my appointment was scheduled between 5 and 7 PM because they were too busy on the day I needed the service. The tech didn’t come too late and that was a plus. Good side about the service is that the tech didn’t mess up my white carpeting that was cleaned 2 days before. I had some dust problem before the service… duct cleaning did help about it. My house is about 50 years old and the vents have never been cleaned (I’m the original owner). What I was most pleased about is that I had my dryer vent cleaned. It was clogged and it was taking 3 cycles to dry clothes. Now its about 40 minutes. Will definitely call you in a couple years.

This was our first experience in having our Ducts cleaned. The price was fair, and it was informative, because we didn’t know our own ducting system. The technician was clean, and neat, and like many others said, he cleaned up his messes and was very courteous. Hope to see if our allergies will be reduced in the house by the cleaning. I cannot express how grateful I am to Healthy Air Solution for being prompt and efficient. I was given a 2 hour time frame and the technician came within 10 minutes of the 2 hour. He was very knowledgeable and he explained to us everything that he was going to do. He even asked us about our allergies, which I thought was great. I am writing to compliment you on your employee Pavlo. He just left our house after a grueling few hours assisting us in rectifying a terrible problem.
A few weeks ago, my youngest daughter came home with a small hamster as a pet. We were doing some renovations on our home at the time and had the grates off of the air ducts. Well, one day the hamster went missing – I was hopeful it escaped outside through one of the doors. However, to our dismay, we learned the fate of the hamster when we turned on our air conditioning the other day.
I explained the situation to Pavlo, we tested the system and he fully understood the predicament we were in. Pavlo can attest to the terrible smell that came from our air ducts.
It is now 10 pm and Pavlo just left our home after going through our ductwork with a fine toothcomb. He was determined to do everything he could to rectify a bad situation. In addition, after all that work, he then cleaned our chimney.
Unfortunately, in today’s world it is rare that you come across a person with the determination and the work ethic of someone like Pavlo. I was very impressed with his dedication to the job and the eagerness he expressed in trying to help us out of a very tough situation. We have had numerous service technicians over the years and none impressed me as Pavlo did tonight.
I look forward to calling upon your company next year to once again service my fireplace chimney and I plan on telling our friends about your company and the terrific experience we had with Healthy Air Solution and with Pavlo.

I suffer from allergies and I am a pet owner so I decided to give this service a try. I am so amazed by the results! Within an hour I noticed that the air was lighter, cleaner, and more fresh than it had been before. My allergy symptoms have subsided and the house smells cleaner. Hello! I just had my air ducts cleaned by Healthy Air Solution a few minutes ago. Called the company on Friday but nobody picked up. I was kind of disappointed, but while looking at the other coupons, received a call back from HAS. The rep on the phone was professional and had an opening for today 11-1 o’clock which is my day off work. The technician arrived at 11:20 and inspected my system. He demonstrated how bad the ducts were 🙁 It’s my first house and nobody explained that I have to replace the HVAC filter every 1 or 3 months 🙁 That’s why my blower and coil were in very bad condition. I had to pay some extra money for cleaning of these parts but it’s well worth it. I googled “coil and blower motor cleaning” and found out why my energy bills are higher than they are suppose to be. This cleaning will definitely save me a buck and will keep my system healthy for some longer time. About the ducts.. my vents were not that bad but you wouldn’t like to the returns 🙂

My buddy recommended these guys to me. So, I called the office and made an appointment.
Two technicians came next week to clean my ductwork. They were nice and polite. They even took off their shoes!!! And checked my furnace, chimney and dryer and cleaned my ductwork and dryer (chimney was clean according to them). They also used a sanitizer to kill bacteria inside my ducts.
My wife has allergy (and that was the main reason for duct cleaning). However, now (after 2 months from their service) she feels much better.
I would strongly recommend this company for people seeking efficient and reliable air duct cleaning!

Absolutely loved the service and the service personnel. Clean organized efficient. Yes, they did try to go with the higher estimate for a 5-year plan but I requested coupon price of $79.99 with annual cleaning because we have dogs and cats and allergies. No problem, accepted my request politely.
I really feel our techinician went over and above what we expected. Reviewed our furnace filters and let us know that we are using a 40% efficient filter and gave the needed info to improve filter efficiency. Showed concern about our pets as the doors were open but our dogs loved him and wouldn’t leave his side. Wonderful service.

Looking forward to annual cleaning of our ductwork systems hopefully with the same technician.

I haven’t had my ducts and vents cleaned in forever. House was full of dust; allergies were bothering my old parents. When I called this place, I wanted to do it as soon as possible, and they squeezed me in that same week and didn’t charge extra.
Technician-guy arrived right on time. They give you a 2 hour window, and he got there in his window. I am used to seeing fat sweaty guys with their cracks out, but this guy was in a uniform, no older than 40 and he knew his thing. He explained what he is going to do, how he is going to clean our ducts, what effect it will have on air quality and our health. He saw my kitty and let me know, that while he will be working, it might get noisy beyond cat comfort level, and that there will be a front door open. So he suggested that I put her somewhere safe. I really appreciate that. I can’t imagine what would happen to my baby, If she ran out to the street.
When the technician was done, he backtracked his way through my house and cleaned up. I could not believe it! Usually, if I have a plumber in, he just leaves his stuff.
Another thing that made me happy was the price. I used their coupon and it turned out cheaper than I expected. In today’s economy I am trying to save on everything, and this company didn’t break my bank.
I feel that the air is cleaner, fresher somehow now. My parents noticed that dust allergies have subsided.
I would and will use them again.
